Hotel The Palm (Adults Only) Playa del Carmen

This hotel is conveniently located close to the 5th Avenue area, where there are plenty of bars, food places, and even a casino right around the corner. You won't have to travel far to find entertainment, as it feels like a giant Fraternity Party. the hotel is near the ferry to Cozumel, making it easy to explore the island. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is clean, providing a pleasant stay. The rooftop pool and bar offer a great view of the city, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The hotel can get quite noisy, especially during the night.

We had a great time here. The location was perfect, right near the bustling nightlife area. The staff was wonderful and gave an excellent service. The rooftop pool was amazing and provided a stunning view. It felt like a home away from home.

We had a great time during our Easter stay. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to the beach and many restaurants. It was convenient to explore the area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the rooftop pool and bar were a major highlight.

There were a few aspects that bothered us during our stay. the loud music that played almost all night made it difficult to sleep.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right off of 5th Street and near the shopping district. It is so close to the center of things that it is not quiet during the night. The room was spacious and well-designed, with twin showers and a kitchenette. The staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the handwritten notes and personalized service. The rooftop pool was a great facility and added to the overall vibe of the hotel.

The noise from the nearby Mexican bar playing loud music until the early hours of the morning was disruptive to sleep.
